Dear Secretary’s

The Veterans 2020 League & Cup Fixtures and a 2020 Timetable also a 2020 Triples Competition entry form have been sent out by email and/or by post. As you know we agreed at the General meeting to have a free season this year with no League or Maddison & Coronation entry fees. The £3 entry per team to the triples competition still applies as all the entry money plus so much from the Association fund is all paid out as prize money to the Winners & Runners up.

As you recall we agreed that we had no need for a Spring Meeting this year so if you confirm by e-mail or telephone that you have received your fixtures and all the other information I would be grateful.

Also can you please confirm who your team secretary is and a list of your registered players are for each team plus any other important information by the end of March so I can then send out a list of secretaries & grounds to you ready for the new season

Best of luck to you all for the coming season enjoy your bowls

Cheers

Terry
